a 4-DAY DGPT+ EVENT in 2026!

1000 Rated Productions is excited to bring the World’s Best Disc Golfers back to Swenson Park for 4 days in 2026!

After the success of the 2025 PDGA Champions Cup (hosted at Sweson Park by 1000 Rated Productions) the DGPT & 1000 Rated Productions teams announced that the 2026 OTB Open would be elevated to a DGPT+ event, which means an extra day of competition, higher payouts, and more DGPT points on the line for pros.

A challenging dual-layout model was introduced for the Champions Cup. The two layouts featured differing tee pads and target locations while preserving the routing and a notoriously difficult finish.

For 2026, the 1000 Rated Productions team will task Hall of Fame Course Designer Leonard Muise with enhancing an already strong course design. While the layouts are indeed on the longer side, technical shot shaping and a fearless mindset are required for any player to successfully navigate the trees, water, wind, and tight OB lines to put up low scores.
